Since the weekend is going to be unusually busy, I saw Star Trek this afternoon.

Go see it.

Great fun, lots of action. The actors are all very good, but I particularly liked Young Mr. Spock, who probably looks more like young Leonard Nimoy than Nimoy’s own real-life children.

Rotten Tomatoes gave it an 95% Fresh rating. Gabriel liked it. Slate liked it.
