John Batchelor’s podcast, The cunning defeat of Project Cassandra & What is to be done? with guest David Asher is a must-listen:
In its determination to secure a nuclear deal with Iran, the Obama administration derailed an ambitious law enforcement campaign targeting drug trafficking by the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah, even as it was funneling cocaine into the United States, according to a POLITICO investigation.
The campaign, dubbed Project Cassandra, was launched in 2008 after the Drug Enforcement Administration amassed evidence that Hezbollah had transformed itself from a Middle East-focused military and political organization into an international crime syndicate that some investigators believed was collecting $1 billion a year from drug and weapons trafficking, money laundering and other criminal activities.

For a change this morning I watched CNN. They reported not one word about this. They were keeping track of the times he went to his Florida resort (34), his low poll numbers and how unpopular he was, how most everyone thinking the Russian investigation was important, the number of his Tweets, his failure to repeal and replace Obamacare, how the Supreme Court Justice was stolen from Garland and given to Gosuch. They reported he wanted to start a war with North Korea as if North Korea had not threaten to nuke the US. They gave him credit for the tax bill but the bill is unpopular with the people. (How can it be unpopular when one pays less in taxes?). And the biggest thing he did was the firing of FBI Director Comey. as if to say President Trump was hiding something. Wow, CNN is way, way out there. One good thing is I got to see some different commercials.
