I received a review copy of David E. Levine’s delightful new book, If You Give a Donkey the White House.
If You Give A Donkey the White House is a political satire in the style of the If You Give a Mouse a Cookie books that generated several others involving a moose, a pig, a cat, and a dog. Mr. Levine has four children, so I’m sure he’s memorized all of those.

I found If You Give A Donkey the White House funny, definitely timely, and spot-on. And a little bit chilling, considering the current state of things.
Democrats and liberals with no sense of humor will definitely not enjoy this book.
If You Give A Donkey the White House will make a perfect party favor at an election night party. Buy it for yourself, and buy for friends who are in need of levity!
