If you haven’t watched the movie Topsy Turvy, it’s great fun.
My husband is an Englishman. We saw Topsy Turvy in the theater. When I told him The Mikado was today’s palate cleanser, he asked “D’Oyly Carte?” That means he’ll watch it. He’s no big opera fan, but G&S is his absolute fave.
