In the new Barack Obama campaign piece The Life of Julia, voters can “Take a look at how President Obama’s policies help one woman over her lifetime — and how Mitt Romney would change her story.” It is one of the most brazenly statist pieces of campaign literature I can ever remember seeing.
That it is.
There’s at least one real-life Julia wannabe!
Setting aside how the piece lends itself to graphic satire, and alternatives like the Life of Julianne, what bothers me the most is that Julia’s life spans from age 3 to age 67, all under President Obama.
President for 64 years of Julia’s life?
