of a heart attack, according to TMZ.com:

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

This is a sad day indeed both for the fans, and the entertainment industry to lose not one but two beloved entertainers. First Farrah Fawcett this morning, now Michael Jackson this afternoon. Though I briefly remember Farrah Fawcett from the TV show Charlie’s Angels from the ’70’s, and now thanks through reruns. Michael Jackson beame an integral part of my teen years during the 80’s. They both will be missed, they both will always be remembered.

Too bad the new coverage of this “event” has eclipsed the slaughter on the streets of Tehran… how shallow of a people we have become. I am sorry for his passing and feel for his children and family, but question the perspective it is given. We know not what he have…

How sad so many people are that are focused on this guys death. I am amazed at how narrow minded the majority of these people are. Yes I know who he is, I grew up enjoying his music, etc. etc. but you people need to see more of the world and get with the program. Michael Jackson’s dead. So what? Give me a break. There’s a whole of shit going down that you ignorant mass of people are so unaware of and you’re all crying over this?!!!! God help us!

I was SHOCKED when I heard about Michael Jackson death yesterday! I believe he was a kind and gentle man who was miss represented and was taken advantage off because of his fame and fortune. I do believe his father is to blame. Do to his greed for cash, he pushed his kids especially Michael to perform. He defiantly missed his childhood! I hope where ever he is, he is the child he always wanted to be! RIP my friend!

I have so many great memories of burning up the dance floor with my friends to tunes like Billy Jean, Beat it, Bad, and so many more. It’s sad that his last years were so tumultuous. May he rest in peace. I left a condolence for him on http://www.tributes.com/Michael-Jackson
