Chavez announces he will create school for Communist leaders in Venezuela

Hugo Chavez, now visiting China, announced he will create a school for Communist leaders in Venezuela. EFE video (in Spanish):

Chavez made the announcement while visiting the Chinese Communist Party’s Leaders School. Noticias24 reports that Chavez (my translation)

emphasized the need to create in Venezuela “in order to institutionalize the study of a strong political ideology in order to insure the future of our revolution.

“We’re in the process of founding our School for Leaders of the United Socialist Party, in the past year, and its foundational nucleus must go through this one in China since we are starting to shape a great party with a clear ideology: socialism.”

Chavez plans to stop in Cuba on the way back from China.
