Obama campaign cuts off WFTV after interview with Joe Biden

Finally! A journalist asking tough questions:
Original video, and here’s the YouTube: Pay special attention to the sexist and patronizing “I don’t know who’s writing your questions”,

The Obama campaign indeed paid ACORN $800,000. Biden’s lying.

Didn’t take long for the Obama campaign to throw Barbara West and WFTV off the bus.

Obama campaign cuts off WFTV after interview with Joe Biden

Biden so disliked West’s line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate’s wife.

“This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election,” wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.

McGinnis said the Biden cancellation was “a result of her husband’s experience yesterday during the satellite interview with Barbara West.”

Moe Lane has a couple of tips for Biden,

  • When you’re pushing back on the perfectly accurate observation that your running mate is attached to the hip to ACORN… don’t quote one of ACORN’s talking points.
  • Umm… your guy thinks that “when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody“. Do try to keep up, Senator.
  • I understand that you’re not a drinker, Senator. Good: drunken oblivion is too easy an out for you for dealing with the fact that you had to tell the world that Obama’s mistaken views on Iraq were better than yours, let alone John McCain’s.

Biden: all the gaffeine, with all of the calories.

UPDATE
Did he have a little cheese with that whiiiiiiiine?

Digg!

The press better get used to this if the Prophet Barack becomes Dear Leader …er… President. Tough questions will not be allowed at a Presidential audience …er… press conference, and no more than eight questions of any kind will be allowed.

    Greetings:

Senator Joseph Biden reminds me of a loudmouth guy that used to come into my father’s favorite bar, “Archer’s”. Once, when I was about seven, my father took me there on a Saturday afternoon to watch the then New York Giants baseball game on TV. I was sitting at the bar with my father, having my Coke with two cherries, when the loudmouth guy thought he saw an opportunity to insert himself into our afternoon. Over he comes, in his gladhanding way, and says too loudly, “Well, Ted, are you going to introduce me to your boy-o?”

Now, my father didn’t suffer, and had no intention of ever suffering, fools gladly. Taking a long pull on his Lucky Strike cigarette, and exhaling slowly, he answered, in that New York way, with a question, “What are you doing at this end of the bar?”

This crew can’t deal with Barbara West, but they expect us to believe they can deal with he Nutjob, Chavez, and co? I guess she is above their pay grade.

As a woman, I wonder who wrote her questions as well. Her questions, which are marred with ‘aren’t you embarrassed’ and ‘isn’t that a blunder’ and equating Karl Marx with Barack Obama, are not the work of a journalist – it’s the work of a kneejerk hack, period. Don’t be ridiciulous.

That doesn’t make me sexist, either. It merely makes me unwilling to equate tainted bullshit questions with journalism.

She didn’t make Joe Biden look bad, she made herself look bad. This red-baiting McCarthyist reporter must be a member of the John Birch Society.

She either wants a job at FOX”News”, or on the House Un-American Activities Committee.

I’m surprised she didn’t ask Biden, “Are you now or have you ever been a card-carrying member of the Communist Party?”

why should such a brilliant, humble man like joe biden have to lower himself to answer questions that are on the minds of useless uneducated americans. most of you aren’t even smart enough to understand his answers anyway. we should all just sit back and let obama and biden handle these things, and stop wasting their time asking about how they will lead.

I can see why Joe Biden would not want to subject his wife to this kind of questioning. It is a classic example of its not what the question is, but how you phrase it. The question starts with a false premise and requires a true answer. I thought Biden handles it as well as anyone could. Barbara West must be a Limbaugh disciple.

    jasperjava,

Ms West was holding the “Are you now or have you ever been a card-carrying member of the Communist Party?”
question for another interview. Wasn’t it Barry Obama that had a chummy relationship with the Chicago branch of the New Party-DSA?

I must compliment WFTV on the employment of Barbara West. She has authenticated WFTV’s fascist bona fides. Please continue to broadcast Ms. West as she makes your station a beacon for all of us who fight to stifle free thought, racial tolerance, and Christian values.

Just in case “Emperor Hussein the 1st”- if he is elected – would not be met with the expected enthusiasm by world leaders when visiting foreign countries, take a look here : http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1031943.html
and spread the word, for the sake of America !
