Via Blue Crab Boulevard, Climate conference’s impact on climate
Around 15,000 politicians, civil servants, green and industry lobbyists and journalists will fly in for the summit, emitting the estimated equivalent of more than 100,000 tons of carbon dioxide – on a par with the annual emissions of the African state of Chad.
Ponder that: 15,000 politicians, bureaucrats, lobbyists, activists, journalists and Thcelebrities are heading to a luxury resort in Bali to talk about global warming. You got to admit, when it comes to religions, the Church of Anthropogenic Global Warming (CAGW) does things in style. Much much nicer to be at a luxury resort surrounded by tropical beaches and every amenity than to be holed up with a bunch of old fogies in the conclave.
But it you’re not feeling guilty enough about getting a divorce, not to worry: the CAGW would rather have you living in misery for the sake of the earth all the same.
All those tons of CO2 would have been put to better use in cooling the beer
Eco-hypocrisy: “I really do think they haven’t a clue of how hypocritical they look.”
