Captain’s Quarters posts on the IDF bombing of a Hezbollah bunker in Lebanon, and the following caught my eye:
Hizbullah has a headquarters compound in Bourj al-Barajneh that is off limits to the Lebanese police and army, so security officials could not confirm the strike
It also reminded me of France2 reports on the banlieus, areas of which are also off-limits to police.
(Now, if Captain Ed would please notice my blog address change, I’d be most grateful).
Mark Levin says Lou Dobbs Too Much
CNN’s Lou Dobbs is an embarrassment. Here’s his latest.
Missing from Dobbs’s little column are all the accords, plans, letters of agreement, and so forth, virtually every Israeli government, of every political pedigree, has entered into with the Palestinians, only to have each and every one of them violated by the Palestinians. He fails to notice that Israel has been attacked time and again, having to defend against both formal wars and a steady assault from terrorist organizations funded by terrorist states. He even flatly ignores Israel’s offer, in 2000, to cede all of Gaza and 95 percent of the West Bank to the Palestinians, which was met with a horrendous round of homicide bombings throughout Israel
Levin’s barely getting started, so make sure to read the whole thing.
