As a fan of HGTV, I’ve watched with fascination the organizing programs, like Mission Organization, where the houses are such disasters that people have to call outside help. Due to severe allergies that have plagued me all my life, I can’t afford the luxury of real dirt, overwhelming dust, and rampant molds, and I even subscribe to Real Simple magazine. The March issue of Real Simple has a nice article on how to get the whole house clean. The online version has a Two-Day Spring Cleaning Plan. Anything beyond that calls for the heavy artillery:
