The Democrats’ 9/11 slush fund
is finally under scrutiny.
Last Friday The Star Ledger had an article titled Codey courts GOP to end terror aid flap: Top lieutenants in negotiations, which started by saying
Acting Gov. Richard Codey’s office is negotiating with Assembly Republicans in an attempt to end their feud over a multimillion-dollar state Homeland Security equipment grant program that overwhelmingly favored towns in Democratic legislative districts.
Rick Hepp, the reporter covering the story, had previously written another article, Governor’s office steered terror aid: Records contradict official claims over how Democratic towns got lion’s share of grants, which I quoted in my Sunday, Aug. 14 post, after I got back to blogging. The scandal was the subject of Michelle Malkin’s August 10 article.
Enlighten NJ has been on the story from the word go, as you can see, with posts going back to July 18.
Roberto of Dynamo Buzz has been posting on the story: August 12, and August 8, as have The Political Dogs and Mister Snitch!, too.
Today Gay Patriot got an installanche for predicting that NJ 9/11 SCANDAL WILL HEAT UP THURSDAY
Sources in NJ tell GayPatriot that the AG will be accused of misappropriation of homeland security funds in a time of war. Recent news reports have revealed that Harvey’s office determined where the funding went.
Will you see any of major media covering this story? Don’t bet on it. They’re too busy camping in Crawford.
