Adrian Gonzalez-Maltes, attorney for Oil-for-Food witness Pierre Mouselli whose connections to Kojo Annan were detailed earlier on this blog and elsewhere, has written a lengthy letter to Paul Volcker, Chairman of the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme.
