The consequences of the Clinton-Albright policy of carot and carot are made clear today with North Korea’ announcement. Now, would the people urging carrot and carrot for Iran please explain how the result would be any different there than it has turned out to be in North Korea? The Bush Administration is not going to follow the Clinton course on the proliferation issue with Iran, and that is very good news.
