Kitty litter, updated

Kitty Kelly, who’s come up with such literary masterpieces as her biographies of Jackie O and Nancy Reagan, is now outdoing herself with the entire Bush family in her new book, The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty. I guess one Bush is not enough to fill a book — she had to take on the whole family.

Kelly’s sources are so reliable I remember Sam Donaldson bringing her to crocodile tears on national TV years ago when he severely questioned her claims that Nancy was having more than tea with Frank Sinatra back in the Reagan White House days. She then accused Donaldson of being in cohoots with the Reagans, an even more absurd claim.

For the Bush’s book, Kitty’s relied on a former spouse of Neil Bush. Professor Bainbridge has some notes on the bitter divorce.
