Today’s headlines: 15 Minutes on Latin America

In today’s podcast at 11AM Eastern,
The headlines at Venezuela’s Noticias 24 and Globovision, while we are blanketed by another snowstorm here in the NorthEast US.

At least, I’m hoping I can actually podcast today. We have already had a power outage today, and, if I had enough energy I’d go outside and take a photo of the utility truck which is still working across the street and has closed access to the intersection.
