The first page of this useless bill tells it all. If the bill at anytime doesnt have enough money to pay the “claims” the governement can raise more taxes, reduce benefits, establish waiting lists, etc etc etc. What a bunch of garbage. Wonder if all the Congress members who have private health care plans paid for by the people, will have to endure waiting lists, reduced benefits, etc. Congress has lost its mind…………..
