The idiot rich
F Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway were having drinks, when
Fitzgerald told Hemingway, “The very rich are different from you and me.” And Hemingway replied, “Yes, they have more money.”

No sh*t, Sherlock!
it is now dawning on many among them that Mr Obama was serious about his campaign trail promises to bring root and branch reform to corporate America – and that they were more than just election rhetoric.
As Moe says,
You knew and I knew that this was going to happen. You knew and I knew that the upper classes were going to be subject to the Democrats’ faux-populism soon enough. You knew and I knew that they’d be going to raise tax rates on the wealthy, and never mind that it won’t actually work. And you knew and I knew that when Rahm Emanuel informed the world that you never let a good crisis go to waste, he meant it. So, it seems almost a duty to mock the people who are just now coming to the realization that they’re not only going to get beaten with clubs; they’re going to get beaten with the clubs that they themselves have paid for.
When politicians tell you they’re going after your money, believe it.
They will.

Fausta, are you a hammer? ‘Cause once again you nailed it!
I think the speed with which it is happening has stunned most. Watch for tax exempt status for all “intolerant” churches, meaning if you don’t appoint gays and women and Islammunists as your god.

These are the people who should wear the tag Idiot Savant. They are so focussed on their narrow little slice of the world and their own status within that slice that they can’t see the train heading toward them.
