You have just increased tobacco tax again to such an outrageous extreme extent, that it is just cheaper to buy Mary Jane from illegal sources to get their high.

What is wrong with just supporting legally working individuals that are just trying to make a living?

To hell with a $10.00/carton increase on cigarettes next month. Why not make it $100.00 and see what that does with your war on drugs?

Honestly, I don’t think that you need to make it $100; I think $10 will do much more harm than you ever imagined. Just wanted to give you a thought of action vs. consequence.

Oh, and by the way, I prefer tobacco over marijuana.
